Family Law Matters

We are often retained by parties involved in Family Law disputes to gather evidence to be presented before the Family Law Court. It is often the case we are required to conduct surveillance and other investigations to establish the accuracy of information presented to the court by particular parties, in terms of their employment, relationship, assets and other circumstances.

Through surveillance, we haved determined the safety and well-being of children whilst in the care of the other parent. Evidence gathered during such surveillance has been presented to court and decisions have been made in favour of the client as a result.
